“The most important aspect of therapy is the relationship between client and therapist”

Why psychotherapy?

_

I understand from personal experience that therapy can be daunting. It is therefore important that therapy is a journey which we take together, to provide you with the tools and skills needed to equip you for a better, more fulfilling life.
