Why Psychotherapy?

Psychotherapy is a talking therapy focused on increasing self-awareness and mental, emotional and relational well-being.

I understand from personal experience that therapy can be daunting. It is therefore important that therapy is a journey which we take together, to provide you with the tools and skills needed to equip you for a better, more fulfilling life.

My aim is to create the optimum environment and a focus on relational psychotherapy to provide my clients with the best outcome for them.

This will enable you to view your challenges from a different perspective and help you to make more useful decisions for yourself.

In our therapy sessions, we’ll work together to reduce your sense of discomfort and distress in a confidential, safe and non-judgemental environment.
